Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and resolve punch list items
  • Perform final walk-through with customer
  • Secure signed Completion of Work and Satisfaction Certificate
  • Conduct pre-construction meetings
  • Provide project updates to customers and clients
  • Schedule subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with plans, codes, and scope of work
  • Document all activities
  • Execute change orders
  • Set project expectations
  • Maintain quality standards through inspections
  • Evaluate vendors and subcontractors
  • Coordinate inspections with authorities
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Verify subcontractor work completion
  • Validate project schedule and progress
  • Identify scope deviations
  • Understand and perform all roles of the Construction Coordinator
Position Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Excellent customer service record
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Experience in restoration and/or construction
