Job Description

The Project Coordinator acts as a liaison for clients to identify project requirements and specifications. The coordinator oversees and organizes reconstruction jobs, provides support and training to the team, ensures KPI compliance, and assists with scheduling and dispatching. The ideal candidate should have enthusiasm and passion for improving job organization and execution, maintaining respectful communication with customers, project supervisors, and team members. The primary goal is to complete jobs smoothly and efficiently, including collecting payments owed, with the COO as the direct report. The candidate must possess the necessary skills, professionalism, and temperament to motivate and collaborate with the team.
