About the Role

Ingenuity is looking to recruit a Reconciliation Team Leader to work within our Cash in Transit reconciliation area of Group Finance for Ingenuity. You will work with the wider Group Finance team to ensure the accurate reconciliation of all web sale orders and refunds processed on the Ingenuity platform. The Reconciliations Team Leader acts as point of reference for issues relating to payment provider data and will work closely with the subject matter experts to ensure timely and accurate reconciliations are completed.

Responsibilities:

  • Being the SME for all aspects of Payment Provider Settlement reconciliation
  • Calculation/management of the team KPI's
  • Weekly and monthly forecasting of transaction fees and cash in transit
  • Training, coaching & mentoring of team member
  • Query Escalation and Resolution
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Staff management of the Cash Reconciliation Team

Requirements:

  • Ability to work with attention to detail in an analytic manner
  • Part Qualified AAT/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
  • High computer, numeracy and literacy skills
  • Experience in reconciliations, multiple currencies and high volumes
  • Moderate excel skills required (sumifs, vlookups, pivot tables are essential)
  • Experience using Sage or equivalent ERP system
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic and motivated
  • Confident and assertive with good communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Committed, disciplined and able to work under pressure
  • Committed to the continuous improvement of themselves and the business.
