We are seeking a Recognition and Benefits Assistant to join our team based from our Head Office in London Bridge.
This role includes travelling to other Southeastern sites across the network as required and has hybrid working with the option to work up to 2 days a week at home based on business needs.
2025 is the 200th anniversary of the first-ever passenger rail journey , so we're celebrating our proud history and our bright future.

Reporting to the Recognition and Benefits Manager, your role will be to manage and streamline the administration processes of the HR recognition programs, employee benefits and any other related processes.
