Gedling Borough Council is seeking a part-time receptionist to support the leisure centre operations. The role covers front-of-house duties, taking bookings, signing members in, selling memberships, and enrolling learners onto the Swim Scheme.
The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience dealing with the public, and familiarity with Leisure IT software. Benefits include holiday entitlement and pension provisions.
The successful candidate will work 17 hours per week as follows:
Our Receptionists play an essential role in the day-to-day running of the leisure centre. They are responsible for all front of house duties including taking bookings and signing members into the building, as well as selling DNA Fitness Memberships and enrolling learners onto our extremely popular Swim Scheme. Our reception team also work behind the scenes to prospect potential new members, deal with enquires and centre administration.
Candidates must have a good level of customer service, have experience in dealing with members of the public and be confident in using Leisure related IT software.
