Leisure

The Leisure team maintains a top-tier facility for fitness and activity, offering expert guidance, personal training, and fitness classes.

Salary

The role offers an on-target earning potential of £12.80 per hour, comprising a base of £12.21 plus approximately £0.59 in gratuities.

About The Role

As a Leisure Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing check-ins and various administrative tasks.

  • Distributing robes, towels, and slippers for the Fire & Ice experience
  • Managing lost property
  • Supporting membership sign-ups
About You

No prior leisure experience is necessary, but customer service experience and working in a fast-paced environment are advantageous. We seek someone with:

  • A passion for excellent guest service
  • Ability to work under pressure
