About the role

As a Receptionist for The Belfry Hotel & Resort, your main priority will be to deliver an outstanding, lasting impression to all guests arriving and leaving the resort. No task is too big or small when it comes to our guests’ needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the efficient operation of reception daily
  • Registering guests, checking them out, and depositing valuables
  • Issuing keys in accordance with hotel policy
  • Providing excellent guest service, resolving issues, and enhancing guest experiences

About you

The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy guest-facing role, able to stay calm under pressure, and possess:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Experience in a hotel environment is preferred but not essential
  • Experience with Opera system is preferred but not essential
