A chance to work at a prestigious search and leadership advisory consultancy as the 'face' of their London business.

We are seeking a friendly, experienced corporate front-of-house team member who is accustomed to delivering a best-in-class service for the high profile clients and partners passing through the front-of-house daily.

Working in conjunction with a tenured Receptionist on a dual desk, you will cover the 10am - 6pm shift to ensure a seamless caller and visitor experience for one of the firm's busiest global offices.

Regular duties will include:

  • Screening and announcing calls into the main London office phone line
  • Welcoming and hosting visitors, ensuring a smooth transition from specially developed holding areas to the pre-arranged meeting rooms
  • Liaising with kitchen and hospitality teams to ensure seamless room catering, supporting with setup and clear downs at busy times
  • Managing setup of video conferencing facilities for larger meetings, working with facilities and IT where necessary
  • Hosting and helping with set up for staff visiting from international offices (desk bookings, any necessary equipment, meeting rooms and catering)
  • Booking couriers and car services, handling and sign-off of supplier invoices monthly
  • Supporting EAs where capacity allows (training will be provided in booking travel, processing expenses and helping to prepare events)
  • Upkeep of Reception manual, call lists and document templates
  • Scheduling of regular office events (e.g. head-shot days for new staff)
  • Liaison with building management team for facilities and security matters

You will have:

  • Education equivalent to A-level standard (or equivalent experience)
  • Positive, professional and diplomatic manner
  • Strong work-ethic, always seeking out responsibility where you can see it needs to be filled
  • High curiosity - the ability to remember faces, names and stories is a huge bonus in this setting!
  • Good level of MS Office application and willingness to get involved in additional office tasks
