Receptionist - weekends

Ardenlea Court Care Home, Solihull B91 2AF

£12.25 per hour

Permanent 12 hours per week Saturday and Sundays only

You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen By

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home
  • Managing new enquiries
  • Providing advice and support both face to face and over the phone
  • Conducting show-arounds within the care home
  • Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paperwork and filing
  • Dealing with enquiries promptly and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed

Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role

You’ve worked as a Receptionist before with experience in providing excellent customer service. You’ll have a friendly manner both face to face and over the phone. You’re approachable, organized, and capable of building strong relationships with residents, their families, and internal teams. You’re dedicated and efficient, with a caring attitude that underpins everything you do—making a real difference to people’s lives.
