A healthcare organization is seeking a Receptionist for the GP Out of Hours Service at York Hospital. You will welcome patients and ensure a professional reception experience. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, experience in similar roles, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Location: York Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Nimbuscare team in the role of Receptionist to support the GP Out of Hours Service based at York Hospital. You will be the first point of contact for our patients arriving for a face-to-face appointment and will be friendly and welcoming. You will ensure an efficient and professional reception provision and will work as part of the wider team to ensure a positive patient experience. Interviews are expected to take place in person in York.

We deliver Urgent Care services in collaboration with the hospital and GP practices in York, Scarborough, Whitby, Malton and Selby. We also provide community-based frailty care, which focuses on treating people in the community where we can. We also aim to shift services into the community where possible; for example our community diagnostic centres run in partnership with the Acute Trust.
