Receptionist - Temp to Perm

Are you a people-person with a proactive attitude and a friendly phone manner? We're on the lookout for a reliable and professional Receptionist to join a busy office environment where no two days are the same!

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking for a foot in the door with a long-term view, starting on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent.

What you'll be doing:
  • Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls to the business
  • Welcome visitors and contractors to the office
  • Set up the boardroom for meetings as needed
  • Keep office supplies stocked across both office locations (milk, tea, coffee etc.)
  • Manage contractor key collections and assist leaseholders with key requests
  • Process both digital and physical outgoing post
  • Handle mail merges and other general office admin
  • Support the wider team with ad-hoc duties
What we're looking for:
  • A presentable, approachable individual with a strong telephone manner
  • Someone who's hands-on, organised and happy to help wherever needed
  • A team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
