Job Description:

My client, one of the UK's largest Facilities Management companies, is looking for a Receptionist/Front of House Team Leader in the Tadworth Area.

Role Summary:

  • Manage and oversee the front of house team (including Reception) to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate initiatives with onsite teams to promote activities and create a forward planner.
  • Manage all onsite events activities ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Oversee all meeting and room bookings onsite for a smooth experience.
  • Liaise with other FM services (e.g., housekeeping, catering) to enhance the workplace experience.
  • Support the Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager in maintaining standards across the site.

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in Building Services within a corporate or hospitality environment.
  • Supervisory or management experience is essential.
  • Experience in organizing and managing events and large meetings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

This is a temp-to-perm position paying £24 per hour PAYE or £30 per hour via umbrella.
