Job summary

LGH Hotels Management is seeking a Front Desk / Guest Services team member for the Holiday Inn London - Sutton, located in Sutton, Greater London. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, respond to queries, and coordinate reservations to ensure a seamless stay.

Ideal candidates will be friendly, detail-oriented, and capable of using the hotel reservation system. This on-site role offers exposure to a busy, guest-facing environment within a renowned hotel portfolio.

• Use the hotel reservation system accurately, maintaining up to date guest information
• Communicate clearly and positively, both face to face and in writing
• Stays calm, organised and focused in a busy, guest facing environment
• Has good computer skills and enjoys working with systems and processes
• Pays close attention to detail and values accuracy
• Brings a positive, professional attitude and enjoys being part of a supportive team
• Is passionate about hospitality and delivering genuinely caring guest experiences
