We are seeking a Receptionist Supervisor to join our Front Office team, working in the Reception area of the Hilton London Metropole Hotel.

Responsibilities

You will supervise and deliver front office operations smoothly and efficiently, deal with guests’ queries and complaints, and create memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.

Requirements

We are looking for an ambitious hotelier with some experience leading a team or ready for your first leadership position. You should have a passion for exceptional customer service, excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
