Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Farringdon, Office Angels Liverpool Street team

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Greet tenants and visitors, creating positive first impressions
  • Maintain a tidy reception area
  • Handle phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Programme access fobs as needed
  • Respond to tenant queries promptly
  • Conduct visual checks and report maintenance issues
  • Prepare the building for viewings and replenish kitchens
  • Coordinate work with team members
  • Update building documentation and directories
  • Log requests in CRM and charge additional costs
  • Manage security system reports
  • Assist with client move-ins and move-outs
  • Support Accounts with fob deposit returns
  • Manage building and client documentation on Dropbox

Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in front-facing roles

  • Proficiency in MS Office
