Job overview

We are looking to recruit Receptionists within the Radiology and Cardiorespiratory team at Ormskirk District General Hospital.

The post holder will be expected to be flexible and rotate across Southport and Ormskirk Hospital sites when needed however the role is predominately based at our Ormskirk site. The post holder will be responsible for the registration of patients, booking patient appointments, general reception duties, and any other administration duties. Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide clerical support to the Southport and Ormskirk Radiology & Cardiorespiratory Department.

The post holder will be required to work across both sites of the Radiology & Cardiorespiratory Department service where necessary.

This will also include reception duties at various locations, data input, record management, booking service users into the CRIS & Careflow Patient Administration Systems and assisting in the day to day running of the reception.

Specialist Regional Services

We provide the Mersey Regional Burns & Plastic Surgery Unit at Whiston Hospital and the Spinal Injuries Unit at Southport Hospital to more than 4 million people across the whole of Merseyside, West Lancashire, Cheshire, Isle of Man and North Wales.
