Job Overview: Contract: Permanent Type: Part-time Hours: 20 p/w Salary: £12,777 Location: Norfolk Constabulary - Wymondham

Provide a pleasant, welcoming, and engaging experience as the first point of contact for all clients' staff, callers, and visitors.

Shift Details: 10 Hours per shift - Paid lunch break

Main Duties:
  1. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers).
  4. Professional attitude and appearance.
  5. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to accurately take down verbal statements.
  7. Provide administrative support.
  8. Manage responsibilities of post and keys.
  9. Greet visitors and provide face-to-face and remote information.
  10. Book meeting rooms.
  11. Handle and redirect calls.
  12. Refer complex cases and advice inquiries to appropriate colleagues.
  13. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
  14. Maintain building security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned within the role.
