We’re seeking a Receptionist to join our Birmingham Arcade team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly, creating a positive first impression.
  • Handle guest questions, concerns, or complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff for accurate and timely service.
  • Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently to ensure smooth guest flow.

Experience in hospitality or entertainment is advantageous.
