Job Opportunity: Receptionist at a Private Clinic in Harley Street

Join London's leading private clinic in Harley Street as a Receptionist. You will report to the Practice Manager and work within a dynamic team environment.

Location: Harley Street, West End
Responsibilities:
  1. Answer all incoming phone calls
  2. Handle patient inquiries face-to-face
  3. Check and respond to emails and online inquiries
  4. Perform compliance administration tasks
  5. Arrange appointments and send confirmation letters
  6. Manage incoming and outgoing post
  7. Coordinate on-demand repairs
  8. Return items for credit and repair, and issue refunds
  9. Restock consumables in the rooms and clinic
  10. Ensure all administrative paperwork is up-to-date
Skills, Experience, and Attributes:
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations
