A leading healthcare provider in Coventry is seeking a highly motivated GP Receptionist (Patient Care Co-ordinator) to support their expanding practice. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers a dynamic environment working closely with patients and healthcare professionals, with clear responsibilities including patient interaction, clerical duties, and teamwork.
We are seeking a highly motivated, IT literate, forward thinking and quality aware individual to join our expanding GP Surgery as a GP Receptionist (Patient Care Co-ordinator).
We are looking for a candidate to work one of the shifts below:
Shift 1: Monday 8am to 1pm, Tuesday 8am to 1pm, Thursday 8am to 1pm and Friday 8am to 1pm - Total 20 hours per week.
Shift 2: Tuesday 8am to 1pm, Thursday 8am to 1pm & 2:30pm to 6:30pm, Friday 8am to 1pm - Total 19.5 hours per week.
Please do not apply if you cannot work one of the shifts above, as due to surgery business opening hours we are unable to negotiate the shift times.

Overview of your organisation
We are a large, suburban practice in Cheylesmore, Coventry near to the City Centre.
We have 14,000 registered patients, we are also a training practice for GP's, Nurses and Physician Associates.
We have 7 GP's,1 Clinical Pharmacists, 1 Paramedic Practitioner, 1 HCA and 1 Nurse Practitioner.
