Job Title: Patient Advisor/Receptionist

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

Salary: £24,000 per annum + bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Making patients feel welcome and valued from their first clinic visit
• Building relationships and maintaining communication with patients before and after treatments
• Assisting during patient consultations
• Using advanced equipment to scan patients' eyes as part of health assessments
• Helping patients complete health questionnaires
• Introducing patients to their optometrist
• Scheduling treatment appointments
• Discussing finance options with patients
• Maintaining accurate patient records
