Job Title: Receptionist - Part Time

Rate: £12.50 per hour

Working Pattern: Mondays and Tuesdays 8:30am - 4:30pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a Temporary Part Time Receptionist to join our client's team, which prides itself on providing a warm and professional environment for both employees and clients. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
• Answer incoming calls and provide information or redirect as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area.
• Receive and sort mail and packages.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
• Handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
