A regional law firm is seeking a part-time receptionist for their Newark office. The successful candidate will display excellent customer service skills and will be the first point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, processing phone calls, and supporting legal advisors. Ideal applicants should have previous experience in customer service and be personable, self-motivated, and reliable. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and charismatic customer facing receptionist into our Newark office on a part-time basis (Thursdays and Fridays 8.30am to 5pm).
Our clients and our staff are at the very heart of what we do and as the first point of contact for our clients, the successful candidate will display an infectious enthusiasm for the business, excellent customer service skills, confidence, communication and organisation. You will draw on natural communication abilities or experience in a frontline position to welcome and engage our customers, allocate new enquiries, meet the needs of existing clients and also help with some office administration.
Candidates should be well presented, self-motivated, able to work independently within specific parameters and as part of a wider team. They must exercise discretion, privacy and data protection and, most of all, focus on delivering a welcoming and friendly customer experience.
