As a receptionist at easyJet, you will be at the heart of our operations, providing essential front‑of‑house support across our two key buildings in Luton Capability Green and Hangar 89 at London Luton Airport. Your responsibilities will include welcoming internal and external visitors, answering incoming calls, and ensuring smooth communication between staff and guests. You’ll be the first point of contact for any queries, helping to resolve issues and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
Additionally, you will oversee facility checks, manage car parking records, and handle post distribution, all while embodying the easyJet spirit in your full crew uniform.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need excellent organisational and administration skills, along with the ability to work both as part of a close‑knit team and independently. Your proactive approach to problem‑solving and exceptional communication skills will be key in creating a welcoming environment for our visitors.
Previous customer service experience is essential, as is the flexibility to work shifts. If you have a friendly, professional demeanour and can remain calm under pressure, we want to hear from you!
This role is full time, working 40 hours per week based between Capability Green in Luton and Hangar 89 on London Luton Airport. The receptionists work on a shift basis so you will need to be flexible to work different shifts during the week.
