Temp to perm opportunity – Varied Office Coordinator/Admin position

A unique role has arisen for a leading Boutique Finance firm to work in a close-knit team and take on a truly varied office support position! Based in modern offices in the heart of London that have fantastic skyline views, you will enjoy a friendly, welcoming culture, as well as great benefits such as free team lunches.

This will suit someone client-facing and service focussed with bags of energy – who thrives being the go-to person in the office and building strong relationships. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the London HQ, to ensure a seamless and welcoming environment to guests alongside supporting on staff events, organising catering for meetings, providing overflow PA support, and driving a positive company culture.

This position will involve lots of collaboration with different teams across the business, from Events to HR, Marketing and Travel, providing general administrative support where required. Whilst you will working in close partnership with the Office Manager on various projects, you will also be comfortable working independently, having the confidence take initiative and make decisions in high pressured times.

We are ideally looking for someone 2-3 years Administrative or Receptionist experience, working in a professional, corporate environment.
