Job description

Natilik is a Global Technology Solutions Partner. Our mission continues to be two-fold; growing a brand that is seen as the industry’s ‘Confident Guide’ sat between the vendors who make technology, and our clients who want to use it to help deliver the outcomes most important to them. We offer products, services, platforms, applications, and expertise to help. We also want to continue to build a business that we can be proud of, with a focus on five stakeholders: clients, people, partners, communities, and shareholders; putting our people at the heart of everything we do. From the small and simple, to the large and complex, we want a life-long partnership, a company our clients and people can rely on.

Role: Receptionist & Office Experience Coordinator

Location: London EC2M 4YN, office based 5 days per week (Mon - Fri)

Reports to: Chief People Officer

The role

Are you a natural host with a passion for people, precision, and creating great first impressions? We're looking for a dynamic, highly organised Receptionist & Office Experience Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our office, combining the warm welcome of a receptionist with the sharp coordination of an EA, the detail of an HR/recruitment admin, and the creativity of an events and facilities lead. This is far more than a front-desk role, it's perfect for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and wants to be a vital part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

On a day to day basis, the Receptionist & Office Experience Coordinator will…

Reception & Office Hosting

  • Be the friendly face and voice of the business — welcoming guests, managing calls, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

  • Maintain a professional, warm, and organised front-of-house environment.

Executive & Team Support

  • Provide EA-style support to leadership (e.g., diary management, travel, admin).

  • Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and internal communications.

HR & Recruitment Administration

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, right to work checks, and employee files.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment logistics with hiring managers and candidates.

Events & Culture

  • Organise internal events, socials, and seasonal celebrations — from planning to execution.

  • Play a key role in building an inclusive, engaging office culture.

Facilities Management

  • Own the day-to-day management of the office space — suppliers, maintenance, H&S checks, and supplies.

  • Ensure everything works seamlessly so teams can do their best work.

What you'll get

  • A central role at the heart of our company culture

  • The chance to influence how we work and what it feels like to work here

  • Competitive salary and benefits

  • A supportive, collaborative team that values your ideas

What we're looking for

  • A true people person who loves to get stuck in and make things better.

  • Proven experience in a hospitality, receptionist, office manager, EA, or similar hybrid support role.

  • Super-organised with excellent attention to detail.

  • Discreet, reliable, and trusted with sensitive information.

  • Confident using Microsoft Office.

Benefits

Natilik offers a series of benefits and perks designed to support your personal and professional growth, while fostering a thriving and rewarding work environment.
