We are looking for a corporate receptionist to join our Rapport team at our prestigious client's offices, based in the heart of Manchester. If you are passionate about providing great service, then we would love to receive your application.

Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota between 7 AM to 7 PM)

Main responsibilities

  • Ensuring a memorable and seamless journey through engagement and innovation for all key stakeholders
  • Delivering a friendly and prompt response to incoming telephone and email inquiries
  • Managing email communications with professionalism and efficiency
  • Accurately recording booking details in the room reservation system
  • Understanding room capacities, facilities, and setup options to optimise meeting space
  • Familiarising yourself with hospitality offerings in client meeting areas, including restaurant and private dining menus
  • Collaborating effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
