Are you an experienced Receptionist with a flair for first impressions and a passion for providing top-tier service? We’re looking for someone confident, warm, and ready to hit the ground running in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Our client, a rapidly growing digital enterprise investment firm, has moved into stunning, newly renovated offices with panoramic views — and they're seeking you to be their first point of contact.

Working in a team of three (including you), you will be the go-to person for greeting visitors, organizing meeting rooms, supporting with events, and resolving any issues that may arise.

The firm seeks a Receptionist with excellent communication skills, approachability, and strong organizational abilities. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team dedicated to ensuring the smooth running of the office. They want a Receptionist with a can-do attitude who is happy to pitch in when needed.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Meeting & Greeting: Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and clients.
  • Meeting Room Coordination: Organizing bookings, layouts, and setups to ensure seamless meetings.
  • Day-to-Day Support: Assisting with admin and ad hoc tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

You must be a receptionist with a minimum of 5+ years of experience gained within the investment sector or professional services.

This role is initially for one month, with the potential for permanent hire if successful.
