Are you a Receptionist with a flair for first impressions and a passion for providing top-tier service? We’re on the lookout for someone confident, bubbly, and ready to hit the ground running in a vibrant environment.

This is a great Receptionist role for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career or looking to kick-start their corporate career.

You’ll be working on adual reception where you’ll enjoy breathtaking 360° views of the city every single day. You'll be welcoming high-profile guests, assisting with office-wide queries, supporting with events and assisting the EAs with admin support. If you’re the kind of person who loves being the friendly face of the office and making sure everything runs smoothly, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and warm welcome.
  • Working closely with the Senior Receptionist and EAs to keep the office running seamlessly.
  • Taking ownership of office queries, daily logistics, and providing all-round support.
  • Supporting with events, office admin, and being a go-to superstar for the team.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 - 4 years’ experience in a client-facing Reception or Office Support role, ideally investment sector or luxury hospitality.
  • A bubbly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Someone proactive, dependable, and always ready to help — nothing is too much trouble.
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail.
