Job description

Your main responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting visitors, booking and setting up meeting rooms, and carrying out regular floor checks to ensure lighting, heating, and general comfort.

You will also support hospitality by delivering food to meeting rooms, and occasionally assist with ad hoc events such as day meetings or board events, with overtime for any evening activity.

This is an admin-focused role requiring attention to detail and confidence in using workplace systems, ideal for someone with a positive attitude, capable of maintaining a professional and welcoming environment even on quieter days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open, close, and man Reception desks during operational hours, delivering professional customer service
  • Ensure HSEQ and COSHH compliance, updating ISS documents like SOPs and H&S records
  • Monitor, report, and log tasks, supplier activities, and service delivery per onsite guidelines
  • Support meetings and events on-site, including hospitality, housekeeping, and porterage as needed
  • Respond flexibly to shift patterns, covering colleague absences and ad-hoc support at other ISS locations
  • Maintain office areas to ISS and client standards, ensuring all client requests are met courteously and efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and team members
