A leading company in hardware is seeking a Receptionist to ensure reception duties are performed with excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will manage switchboard operations, support correspondence filing, handle stock management, and assist with various administrative tasks. Candidates must have at least 2 years' experience and demonstrated communication and organizational skills.
The purpose of this job is to ensure that all general reception duties are achieved on a daily basis, by providing excellent internal and external customer service at the reception desk, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting the business.
