Job summary

Holiday Inn Hemel Hempstead is seeking a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team as an occasional worker. You will be the first person guests meet, setting the tone with a warm welcome and providing information about services, facilities and local area.

The role offers shifts across seven days, including evenings and weekends, with training provided and opportunities to progress through nationally recognised apprenticeships.

Occasional Worker, £12.71 per Hour

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team.

First impressions are everything and you willset the tone for every guest's stay.With a genuinely warm welcome, you'll be ready with answers to any questions and be ableto offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. Anything to help make the guests visit that bit more special.

You will be the face of our hotel, not just to guests staying on property but to guest visiting to use our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.
You must have a natural hospitality charm and a passion for service.

Ideally you will have experience of working within a branded hotel environment but this isn't essential and full training will be provided.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
