Receptionist for corporate/ prestigious city-based organisation £30,000

The ideal candidate should be immaculately presented and professional with a courteous and welcoming manner. You should be keen and enthusiastic to work as part of a front of house team.

Pride in representing the organisation by creating that all important first impression. The ability to communicate confidently at all levels and possess excellent listening skills are also a must.

Duties:

  • Welcoming all visitors and issuing guest passes
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Maintaining reception contact lists
  • Reception area is presentable at all times, conveying an inviting and warm impression
  • Process taxis requests for staff and maintain booking records/approvals
