They should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable to change, and possess a strong work ethic. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask are essential. Experience in a similar reception role would be advantageous, with the ability to work under pressure and often to tight deadlines. A good working knowledge of MS Outlook and Word with excellent communication and organisation skills is essential.
