We are recruiting for an experienced Part-Time Corporate Receptionist to work at a prestigious site in Edinburgh.

As the receptionist, your duties will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests and clients following security procedures
  • Administering visitor passes and notifying hosts immediately
  • Assisting guests with their luggage
  • Ensuring all communications meet client standards
  • Answering phone calls professionally within 3 rings using the company script
  • Making taxi bookings following company procedures and notifying guests upon arrival
  • Managing the reception, ensuring emails are answered promptly
  • Supporting guests with audio-visual equipment
  • Providing concierge services: travel, accommodation, airline tickets, entertainment, hospitality
  • Assisting staff and visitors with secretarial duties
  • Maintaining the reception and meeting rooms to standard
