Marston’s Inns is seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team in Swanscombe. You’ll be the voice and face of our pub-hotel, delivering warm service from booking and check-in through to check-out, ensuring guests feel welcome.

As a Receptionist you’ll:Pride yourself on creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Whether you’ve previous experience or you’re just starting out, as long as you’re friendly and approachable, you’ll be off to a great start.

• Have proven system/ computer skills, or willingness to learn
• Be passionateabout providing great customer service, including dealing effectively and efficiently with any requests/ queries
• Be responsible for taking payments
• Work closely with the wider hotel and pub team to ensure business standards are met and delivered
