Job Opportunity: Receptionist - DBS Checked Required - Immediate Start

Location: Outskirts of Hassocks, parking available onsite
Contract Type: Temporary Contract ongoing
Start Date: Immediate - must be DBS checked

Salary: £13.30 per hour (Dependant on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional manner.


• Answer incoming calls and manage enquiries efficiently.


• Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.


• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling post.


• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms.


• Provide general support to the care home management and care teams.

About You:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is desirable.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Confident using Microsoft Office and general office equipment.


• Compassionate, patient, and respectful, with a genuine interest in working in a care environment.


• Able to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
