A local healthcare provider in Grimsby is seeking a part-time Receptionist/Clerical Assistant to provide friendly and efficient customer service at the reception. Candidates should have recent experience in office settings, strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The role includes handling inquiries, managing room bookings, and performing administrative tasks, with a salary range of £21,841 to £23,875 pro rata per annum.
The Estates and Facilities Team is basedin Care Plus Group headquarters and supports the continued ability of theorganisation to provide staff, service users, visitors and contractors withsafe, secure and quality building facilities.The team also provides an efficient and customer focused receptionservice at Westgate Park and Val Waterhouse Centre.

Job Title: Receptionist/Clerical Assistant
Hours: 15 hours per week, permanent
8am to 4pm 2 days Mon - Fri
Salary Range 2 £21,841 (under 21) - £23,875 (21 & over) pro rata per annum. Pay award pending
Inthe absence of the other receptionist you will be required to work additionalhours to cover the service
You willprovide an efficient, friendly and customer focused reception service at Westgate Park. Whilst there isthe requirement to undertake general administrative duties including dealingwith incoming and outgoing post, management of the room booking facility,layout of rooms and facilities the main function of this post will be based onreception dealing directly with visitors and general queries from the public,staff and service users. You will needto be observant and undertake regularsecurity checks of the reception area and deal with and report any securityissues as appropriate.
It is essential that you have recent experience of working in a reception / office and of workingdirectly with the public both face to face and on the telephone. You must be able to demonstrate diplomacy andtact and have the ability to deal effectively with conflict and / or distressedvisitors. You must be competent inMicrosoft office and have effective customer care skills. You must be able to work on your owninitiative and have literacy and numeracy level 2 and level 2 or equivalentqualification in computer applications.
