A healthcare organization in Bath is seeking a Receptionist to join the Children's Outpatient team. This role involves being the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, and providing clerical support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and clerical skills, experience in a busy environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Training and support will be provided.
Job Overview
If you have excellent, proven clerical and communication skills, and a friendly, polite and helpful manner then there is an opportunity for you to join our Children's Outpatient team as a Receptionist. We are looking for people to join our team who have the ability to communicate effectively with patients, relatives and staff in our busy and rewarding department.
To be successful in this role you will have experience of working in a similar role. You will be flexible, adaptable and able to work well under pressure. You are a team-player and enjoy working as part of a team. You will work closely with our reception team and other colleagues within the department.

In this role, you will make a difference first point of contact for our patients and relatives at reception. You will be the first friendly face they see and will greet them in a friendly and courteous manner.
