The Receptionist Role

The front office team is the heart of the house, providing a warm welcome and memorable experiences for guests. The role involves managing the guest journey from check-in to check-out and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

• Exuding patience, empathy, and engaging personalities.
• Working proactively to ensure smooth front office operations.
