Job description

Job Title: Front of House

Location: Fetter Lane

Working Arrangement: On-site, 5 days in the office.

Salary: Up to £40,000

Role Overview:

One of our boutique law firms is looking for an office services assistant to join them on a permanent basis. For this role, there will be a rota for a shift which will be 08:00 - 20:00. This role will also include administrative tasks, supporting the operations manager and facilities within the law firm.

This is a great opportunity for an eager and dedicated individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Setting up meetings
  2. Being the first point of contact
  3. Answering calls
  4. Reporting to the operation team
  5. Set up meeting rooms
  6. Maintain a tidy and clean space
  7. Responsible for all meetings, both internal and external catering

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years experience
  2. Highly motivated team player
  3. Strong front-of-house experience
  4. Strong time management and prioritisation skills
