Role: Receptionist - Permanent - Belfast

Job Overview

VANRATH are assisting a respected organisation in their search for a Receptionist. This full-time, permanent role involves managing reception duties, facilities management and providing general administrative support. Strong customer/client liaison and organisational skills gained in a similar role are essential.

· Salary: £24,000

· Full-time, Permanent

· Belfast city centre office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors ensuring all visitors are received and dealt with in an effective and efficient manner
  • Answering phones on a busy Switchboard
  • Diary management for meeting rooms
  • Organising couriers
  • Assisting with the management of meeting rooms - setting up rooms for meetings and clearing these afterwards
  • Organising external and internal catering
  • Placing stationary orders
  • Ensuring catering supplies are in stock
  • General admin duties

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • First class interpersonal skills
  • Ability to liaise effectively with both clients and colleagues.
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Ability to demonstrate a commitment to the role through their skills and experience.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independent.
