The role of Receptionist with us is very varied, and you can expect to answer phone calls, greet visitors, manage the reception area, and show prospective residents and their families around.
You'll need to be professional, caring, courteous, and well organised to join us as a Receptionist. You'll take a real interest in our residents and go out of your way to make every visitor feel at home. No formal qualifications are required, but you will need a good telephone manner and strong communication skills. As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.
