This is a temporary Receptionist role at Avery Healthcare's facility in Sheffield. The role involves providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as completing various administrative tasks to support the General Manager.

Main duties of the job

As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home. You will be responsible for answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and recording messages. Additionally, you will complete reception-related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. You will also be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area, liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.

ABOUT THE ROLE
