This is a temporary role as a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, along with various administrative duties.

Main duties of the job

As a Receptionist, your main responsibilities will include offering excellent customer service, answering calls, responding to inquiries, redirecting calls, maintaining databases, and assisting the General Manager with administrative tasks. You will also ensure the reception area remains tidy and coordinate with Housekeeping to uphold standards.
