The Receptionist will be an integral member of the Capital, Estates and Facilities Directorate who will be expected to work quickly, proactively, and accurately in a fast-paced environment to deliver a high-quality and comprehensive service.
The post holder will liaise with a variety of internal and external customers, building excellent working relationships and providing an efficient, effective, and professional reception service.
They will work as part of the Facilities Team, providing flexible support and covering for colleagues when necessary, with full training provided.

Shift pattern includes Saturday (midnight to midnight), weekdays after 8 pm, before 6 am, and all hours on Sundays and public holidays.
Annual leave: 27 days plus bank holidays, increasing to 29 days after 5 years, and 33 days after 10 years.
