The Opportunity:
We are currently recruiting for a
Receptionist to join our team based at our
Aylsham office.
The Role:
The role involves assisting in the smooth running of reception and assisting with daily queries from clients in a fast paced law firm. The role involves answering telephone calls, managing the reception and strong room, coordinating meetings, organising catering, monitoring visitor access, managing the fire alarm and drill records, dealing with petty cash, and greeting and looking after clients. There will also be a need to support with administrative tasks, such as taking ID documentation, preparing documents and correspondence, photocopying and scanning as required.
The role is offered on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with an hours daily lunch break.
The Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Ideally has previous reception and administration experience.
- Has a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care.
- Is IT literate, and an accurate typist.
- Has great time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Enjoys a busy environment, is adept at multitasking, and has the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Has a positive "can-do" attitude and loves learning new skills.
- Is a team-player who can quickly build report and gain the trust of their team and clients.
