Job summary

A major health service provider in Liverpool is seeking a Receptionist to support the Axess Sexual Health service across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking patients in, telephone triage, and providing excellent customer service. Experience with Electronic Patient Record Systems is essential. This role operates Monday to Saturday with flexible shifts.

Job description

We are looking to recruit a Receptionist to support the Axess Sexual Health service in Liverpool.

The service operates across four sites:

  1. Royal Liverpool Hospital
  2. The Beat, Liverpool City Centre
  3. South Liverpool Treatment Centre, Garston
  4. Aintree Hospital (opening soon)

Clinics at Royal Liverpool Hospital and The Beat will be relocating to a new city centre location within the next 12 months. A new clinic will also open at Aintree Hospital.

Specialist clinics for young people, Trans individuals, and those affected by drug and alcohol use are being developed, alongside a new outreach service.

This is an exciting time for sexual health services in Liverpool, with innovations planned to provide world-class care.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Electronic Patient Record Systems, support basic patient triage, and possess excellent customer service skills.

The successful candidate will work across the city centre and Garston sites. Clinics operate Monday to Saturday until 7 pm, with shifts from 8:30-16:30, 10:30-18:30, and 11:00-19:00, depending on service needs.
