The role covers data entry, storage and reporting, 16-19 assessment/reporting administration and 16-19 bursary administration, with working hours 8:00–16:00 Monday to Thursday, 8:00–15:30 Friday.

Our Receptionist and Administrator will support the Head of Campus and SLT in ensuring that the students of the Academy are able to achieve their learning potential through the provision of high quality, relevant reception and administration support services that enable teaching staff to maximise their capacity for delivering the curriculum and contribute to the efficient and effective organisation of the Academy.
Key responsibilities of the post holder include providing a high level of general administrative and reception services, accurate data entry, storage and reporting, 16-19 assessment / reporting administration and 16-19 bursary administration.
Working hours: 8.00 - 4pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00 - 3.30pm Friday
