Ref 103 Part-time Receptionist and Administration Assistant

22.5 hours per week, 41 weeks per year – Actual working hours: 12.30pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Salary Scale 3: £16,802 (Actual gross salary)

Job Overview

We are seeking a receptionist with administration experience who is dedicated to the education of young people to join our vibrant administration team.

Key Duties
  1. Managing visitor and contractor access, ensuring they are recorded in the school’s visitor book system and are accompanied at all times.
  2. Ensuring students do not leave the premises without permission and at approved times.
  3. Handling enquiries from parents, students, and staff.
  4. Producing documents and reports as requested by the Office Manager, Head of Sixth Form, and other staff.
Candidate Requirements
  • Flexible and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills.
  • Experience in administration work.
  • Good IT skills.
